Description:Early 19th century trunk dial fusee wall clock by Handley and Moore, Clerkenwell close, London. Mahogany 2 piece case with large curved locking bottom door and 2 side access doors. The case has a long trunk with early style of carved ears, and a single astrigal moulding. 12" silvered and engraved brass dial protected by locking glazed, cast brass concave bezel. Blued steel Handley and Moore style hands. 8 day single fusee movement numbered and marked 3416. Shaped shouldered movement plates separated by large knopped pillars.
